How to request deletion
If you want personal information associated with your tuition-centre enquiry, enrolment, website interaction or Meta/WhatsApp communication deleted, contact us using the details below.
Please state:
- Your name.
- Your phone number or contact detail used with us.
- The student's name, if the request relates to a student record.
- What information you want deleted.
Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp data
If your request relates to information shared with us through Facebook, WhatsApp or another Meta service, tell us this in your request. We will identify and delete data we control where deletion is appropriate.
You may also remove connected apps from your own Facebook account settings where applicable.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, payment, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Where full deletion is not immediately possible, we will limit use of the retained information to the relevant purpose.
Response time
We aim to process verified deletion requests without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days.
