- Parent/guardian name, phone number and contact details.
- Student name, school level, subjects of interest, attendance, fee/payment records and academic progress information.
- Enquiries sent through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.
- Information submitted during enrolment, registration, promotions or referral programmes.
- Technical information such as browser/device details and basic website usage information where applicable.
- Where we use Meta/Facebook/WhatsApp business tools, information necessary to receive and respond to messages, such as sender name/number, message content, timestamps and delivery status.

- Register students and manage class placement, attendance, fees and receipts.

4. WhatsApp, Facebook and Meta services
We may use WhatsApp Business, Facebook or other Meta services to communicate with parents, guardians and customers. Messages sent through those services are also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal data obtained through Meta or WhatsApp. We use such information only for legitimate tuition-centre communication, administration, customer service and related business purposes.

7. CCTV and centre safety
CCTV may be used in common areas of the tuition centre for safety, security and incident review. CCTV footage is handled on a restricted basis and retained only for a reasonable period unless needed for an investigation or legal purpose.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for tuition services, administration, accounting, safety, legal compliance and dispute resolution. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
